A structured and meaningful way to stay connected
Invite friends, family, or colleagues to join your private group. You can create a team for any purpose, whether it's reconnecting with old friends, maintaining close ties with your family, or fostering deeper relationships with colleagues.
Example: You create a team "Best Colleagues" to stay connected with your former office mates.
Invite your team members by sending them an invitation link. They can join the team by clicking the link and creating an account.
Decide how often you want to connect: monthly, quarterly, or at your own pace. The flexibility allows you to tailor the experience to your team’s needs.
Example: You set the periodicity to monthly, starting on February 16, 2025, so that a new issue begins on 16th each month.
Each cycle begins with a phase where team members can refine the set of questions. This ensures that discussions remain engaging and relevant. Two days before the end of the phase, you will be notified via email.
Example: From February 16 to March 2 (first two weeks), you and your teammates can modify questions to better suit your current interests and experiences.
Once questions are set, members have enough time to write thoughtful responses without feeling rushed. Two days before the end of the phase, you will be notified via email.
Example: From March 3 to March 16 (3rd and 4th week), you and your teammates write answers, sharing personal reflections at a comfortable pace.
At the end of the cycle, all responses are compiled and emailed to team members. The responses are also stored in the chronicle page, making it easy to revisit past interactions.
Example: On March 17, responses are locked, shared via email, and accessible in the team's chronicle.
A new issue is automatically created, and the process begins again. This structured yet flexible approach helps teams maintain meaningful connections over time.
Example: After the March cycle is completed, a new issue starts from 17th of April, keeping the engagement continuous.
